With 5 years of experience, I support neurodivergent people who are tired of trying to make themselves fit systems that aren't designed for their brains. My work is about understanding you — how your mind works, what drains you, what helps you thrive — and finding practical ways to make life and work feel more manageable.
Sometimes that support is hands-on and practical: someone alongside you while you tackle something overwhelming, organise your time, navigate work, or apply for funding. This might look like discovering your strengths and "superpowers", as well as finding strategies for executive functioning, sensory needs or communication, or in some cases working with you as a Coach and Mentor, or alongside you as a Job Aide to tackle overwhelming tasks, organise your work, or navigate funding like Access to Work or PIP.
That might look like helping a person with autism prepare for a challenging meeting with scripts and sensory strategies, working with someone with ADHD to build a task system that works with their brain rather than against it, supporting a dyslexic person to find the right tools and accommodations for written work, or helping someone with dyspraxia break down physical tasks into manageable steps that account for energy and coordination. Whatever you're finding hard, you don't have to figure it out alone — I'm here to help you work with your brain, not against it.
Sometimes it's space to understand your amazing brain, name your strengths, and build confidence in advocating for what you need. Often, it's a combination of both — like helping someone with ADHD recognise their hyperfocus as a strength while also setting up boundaries to prevent burnout, or supporting a person with autism to communicate their need for clarity and structure at work without masking who they are.
I'm a reader — I notice what isn't working beneath the surface and help turn that into clear, achievable next steps. Whether that's recognising that executive dysfunction isn't laziness, understanding why certain environments feel impossible, or identifying where accessibility adjustments would make all the difference. No judgment. No pressure to "try harder". Just support that meets you where you are.
Whether you're feeling stuck, burnt out, unsure what support you're entitled to, or simply want someone in your corner who understands neurodivergence and disability from lived and professional experience, this is a place to start. Explore the options below to find the support that's right for you.
If you work or volunteer in an environment with a brilliant amount of neurodivergent people, then maybe my talk on the superpower of neurodivergence would be great for your organisation. If you feel like none of these quite match your individual needs, get in touch to discuss something bespoke.
