I provide regular support for neurodivergent individuals on a weekly or monthly basis. Working in this role, defined by the Department of Work and Pensions as a Job Aide or Support Worker (and good news, you can get funding for it.... which I can help with!). Having a Support Worker or Job Aide can help you navigate both workplace needs and the practical challenges, that come along the way. This consistent, tailored support can make a real difference in managing day-to-day life and accessing the resources you're entitled to.
While coaching and mentoring focus on broader strategies and understanding how your brain works, Job Aide support is much more hands-on and practical. This isn't about doing things for you—it's about working alongside you to develop strategies, systems, and confidence that work with your specific needs. Helping you actually complete that overwhelming piece of work or funding application that's been sitting on your desk, or working together to plan out a realistic timeline for a project step-by-step.
Each client needs something different—some need help organising their workspace, others need support structuring their week, and some need someone present while they make difficult phone calls or respond to challenging emails. Whatever you're finding hard, I'm here to work through it with you in a way that's positive about your neurodivergence and focuses on making the challenging bits more manageable.
I have a lot of experience in navigating funding applications, they can be overwhelming, especially for neurodivergent people, but I can help you with:
Applying for Access to Work funding, which can cover support like Job Aide and support workers, coaching, assistive technology and workplace adjustments. Access to Work is available whether you're employed, self-employed, or about to start a new job, and I can take you through the entire application process.
Apply for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) if your neurodivergence affects your daily living or mobility. The application process can be complex and stressful, and I can help you articulate your needs clearly, gather evidence, and prepare for assessments.
We'll meet regularly—once or twice a week or month, depending on your needs—either in person or online. Between sessions, you'll have ongoing support via email or messaging for quick questions or check-ins. This consistent presence means you're never struggling alone, and we can adjust our approach as your circumstances change.
Whether you need help accessing vital funding, managing daily demands, or simply want someone in your corner who understands how your brain works, I'm here to provide the support you need.
If this sounds like the kind of support you need email me here or book a chat to find out more
