Unique Kind works with teams of all shapes and sizes - boards, managers and HR teams to build the confidence and clarity needed to support neurodivergent colleagues well — without guesswork, over-medicalising, or one-size-fits-all solutions. The focus is on what genuinely works in real workplaces: clearer communication, thoughtful adjustments, and systems that support both individuals and the wider team.
My work spans two connected areas: building shared understanding through neurodiversity training and workshops for everyone, and supporting individuals to work well within their roles and environments. These two strands inform each other — so learning doesn't stay theoretical, and individual support doesn't sit in isolation.
I act as a communicator and translator between neurotypical workplace systems and neurodivergent experiences. I also work as a broker — helping managers, teams and individuals find ways of working that meet everyone's needs. I read what isn't working in people, dynamics and systems, even when it's hard to name, and turn that insight into clear, realistic plans that make work smoother and more sustainable.
