I am a Neurodiversity Champion, Speaker and Coach with five years of experience supporting hundreds of neurodivergent individuals. I'm passionate about helping even more by celebrating our unique strengths and sharing practical strategies to navigate challenges.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself, to train your team to work well together with a greater understanding, or to support neurodivergent colleagues, I'm here to help..
Neurodiversity is part of every workplace — not because something is wrong, but because all people think, communicate, and work differently.
I help organisations understand neurodiversity as a whole. We are all unique, and we all want the same fundamentals at work:
to understand ourselves better, to communicate clearly, and to feel safe, valued, and able to thrive.
My work sits across two areas: building shared understanding through neurodiversity training for everyone, and supporting individuals to work well within their roles and environments.
I’m a communicator and a translator — bridging the gap between neurotypical systems and neurodivergent minds. I act as a broker between managers, workplaces, and individuals, helping all sides find ways of working that genuinely meet everyone’s needs.
I read what isn’t working — in people, in dynamics, and in systems — even when it’s unspoken or hard to articulate. Then I turn that insight into clear, realistic plans that reduce friction, build trust, and help everyone work together more smoothly. This is about creating workplaces where difference is understood, communication is clearer, and people can do their best work.
I support neurodivergent individuals to better understand their brains, their strengths, and what they need to thrive. I’m a reader - I can see what isn’t working in situations, even when it’s hard to explain. I can help you create a clear, practical plan to make things work more smoothly. My work combines deep understanding of neurodivergence (including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and more), lived experience, and hands-on support. This might look like discovering your strengths and “superpowers”, as well as finding strategies for executive functioning, sensory needs or communication, or in some cases working alongside you as a Job Aide to tackle overwhelming tasks, organise your work, or navigate funding like Access to Work or PIP. Whatever you’re finding hard, you don’t have to figure it out alone — I’m here to help you work with your brain, not against it.
