Tommaso was born in Vigevano in Italy in 2000.
In 2022 he obtained his B.Sc. in Chemistry at Università degli Studi di Pavia under Prof. Davide Ravelli supervision. His work was based on the bibliographic research on Perovskites as photocatalyst in organic synthesis.
He joined G4lab during his Master thesis in October 2023. Firstly he participated in Erasmus Traineeship+ programme at Institut Curie at Orsay, near Paris, to synthesize photoalkylating agents under the supervision of Prof. Daniela Verga. He concluded his Thesis program at Università degli Studi di Pavia in September 2024. After a few days he won a Ph.D. scholarship from Università degli Studi di Pavia under the supervision of Prof. Mauro Freccero, where he is currently working on the therapeutic strategies to unfold G-quadruplexes involved in neurodegenerative diseases.
Tommaso is also a football player at Borgo San Siro, where he plays as a left back. He is good at mimicking people. He is a huge Juventus fan.
