The organisers of HELMETO 2021 has made all possible efforts to organize the event in face-to-face mode. Unfortunately, Coronavirus infections all over Europe are increasing, especially due to the "delta variant". We believe that the health of the event participants is a priority and the unstable health condition led us to make the decision to hold the workshop remotely.

Details on the platform and the instructions for the access to the live sessions will be soon available.

The registration is now open for delegates and listeners (not students).

Registration steps:

1. Access the SIREM portal

   • For SIREM members

   • For Non- SIREM members

2. Select the HELMETO 2021 event to access the payment page. Authors can choose to pay with PayPal/Credit Cards or by Bank Transfer. In the case the Bank Transfer will be choosen, an email with all the instructions will be sent.

3. After the payment fill the following form and send the payment proof to helmeto2021@dii.unipi.it.

An official email for the registration will be sent after receiving the payment proof. At stage 2 of the registration stage, it is possibile to specify the details for the receipt.

Students wishing to participate in the event only need to fill in the form as in point 3, specifying "Other" as the type of payment.

Conference Fees

• Registration for Delagetes (Before July 15, 2021): € 100

• Registration for Listeners (Before August 5, 2021): € 100

• Late (After August 5, 2021) Registration for listeners: € 150

• Student Listener: Free of charge

For each presentation there must be associated at least the registration of one author, otherwise the accepted contribution will be not inserted in the program of the even nor in the book of abstract.

SIREM members will be entitled to a 20% discount on fees.
