Chapter 4 Student Learning Objectives
SLO 4.1: I can come up with a rule for x and y from a table or a graph by identifying the rate of change and initial value.
SLO 4.2: Given a linear function represented by a table, a rule, a pattern or a graph, I can determine the connections of rate of change (growth) and initial value.
SLO 4.3: Given a rule, I can determine whether an ordered pair is or is not a solution.
SLO 4.4: I can graph a line using the form y=mx+b, using a growth triangle to show m, and the intersection of the y-axis to show b.
SLO 4.5: I can solve linear equations with rational number coefficients, including equations that require using the distributive property and collecting like terms.
