📝 How to Register for the Event

Click the “Reserve your spot” button on this page.

You will be redirected to the 4.events platform to complete your registration.

Fill in the form with your information (name, email, institution, etc.).

Choose your participation category and finalize the registration.

After submission, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and access to the participant area.


📌 Abstract Submission

Submissions will be accepted exclusively through the participant area on the event platform.

After completing your registration, log in to your account and click on “Submit abstract” from the main menu.

Follow the platform instructions, upload your file, and fill out all required fields.

You can track the status of your submission directly on the platform.

Registration is individual and mandatory for all participants.
