Registration can be done by usign the ON LINE REGISTRATION FORM.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Registration will only be valid when full payment is received by the Secretariat.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION will be sent exclusively by e-mail along with the INVOICE related to the payment done.
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: to 31 March, 2025
SENIOR: € 300 (taxes 22% VAT included)
STUDENT: € 210 (taxes 22% VAT included) / (Graduate, master, PhD student. Accreditation must be included in the registration form)
FIELD-TRIP: € 50 (taxes 22% VAT included)
REGULAR REGISTRATION: from 1 April to 30 May, 2025
SENIOR: € 350 (taxes 22% VAT included)
STUDENT*: € 250 (taxes 22% VAT included)
FIELD TRIP: € 70 (taxes 22% VAT included)
LATE AND ON-SITE REGISTRATION (from 30 May to 17 June, during the meeting): € 370,00

Cancellations must be notified to the Secretariat by e-mail: convegni@unife.it
Registration fees will be refunded as follows:
Before 31 March - Reimbursement of the fee paid minus € 20 for administrative processing fee.
Before 30 May, 2025 - 50% of the fee paid.
After 30 May, 2025 - no refund will be made.
Dates refer to the receipt of the cancellation notice.
No shows will not receive the refund.
The Secretariat is not responsible for travel, hotel and other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
Note that:
Prices of the field trip include transportation, lunch and Po Delta Park/Museum entrance tickets
Accompanying person needs to pay field-trip fees
Payment of the registration fees must be made in Euros only and it can be done by BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD (click on the "TAPHOS 2025 on-line registration" logo here below). Details about the registration procedure are available on the link below.
