Undhira International Semester aims to connect responsible global citizens with core qualities like ‘intrapreneurship’ in small business, empathy and open-mindedness to the different cultures of fellow citizens, and preparedness for well-considered drastic changes in their careers. Students are encouraged to cooperate with every fellow global citizen on the base of equality, dignity, and respect for their fellow citizens.
The program offers courses where students can communicate online and cooperate as a project team. The team will conduct discussions with local communities, small businesses, or non-profit organizations to learn about the challenges they face in maintaining sustainable development environmentally, economically, or culturally. Upon completion, the project will fulfill the learning objectives and meet the competencies of students/participants.
Successful execution of the project will bless local communities, small businesses, or organizations in fulfilling some of their needs. Also, through working on the project, students will learn to find a solution for real-life challenges. The core skills are based on working on projects, experiencing the processes, and understanding the different aspects of small business, care, and technology in a developing world environment.
