Our teaching philosophy at Underhill is student-centric. Music touches all of us in unique ways and our connections to it are deep and personal. Our approach starts by connecting with students on what inspires them and what they want to create and then building projects and curricula that revolve around that. If a student needs help discovering or defining their musical palate and/or goals, we're here to lead and inspire. The individualized curricula our instructors develop for you/your student offer a balance of technique, theory and artistic vision.

At Underhill we teach all ages, skill levels, styles and most commonly played instruments. Lessons run around $45 / half hour and $75 / hour but vary per instructor. Fill out the form to the right to get in touch with the director, Daniel!
