Communication is very important when it comes to having an organized and productive team. One activity we did in class was a communication activity that involved all of us students to be able to communicate without speaking to each other. There were different categories we had to do such as separating the class into different groups depending on their number of siblings, birth year, birth date, and their astrological signs. It was very difficult for all of us to figure out which group we belonged to without speaking but towards the end we found an effective and efficient way to separate ourselves into the proper groups. An example of that was when we had to write our astrological signs on the board in a certain amount of time with only 2 markers. At first we were all scrambling to write our names on the board individually. However, towards the end of the activity we realized it’s more effective to appoint two people to write on the board and separate ourselves by signs. We told the writers our signs by writing it down on a piece of paper and holding it up. We were able to finish the activity in the proper amount of time and because of that we were allowed to end class earlier than usual.
