This is a certificate of training by CDC Train in which I had to complete modules and take a quiz on to be certified. Certificates are a great way to demonstrate one's knowledge on a topic. This specific certification was for one of my public health classes and it is on the fundamentals of communicating health risks. I learned about the different types of risk factors that are associated with miscommunication and an unorganized environment and team.

My second artifact is a photo of me at work. This was taken to be submitted for Verizon's monthly district meeting in order to give recognition for the outstanding work I've done during the past month. I was recognized due to being in the top five of sales specialist in our district. I think this is a great example of both business and knowledge skills because as a Verizon specialist, I have to be educated on all the different types of phones, features, and plans thats Verizon offers. I also have to stay on top of my training and certifications to make sure that I can fully accommodate our customers.
