API Errors

1.Insert Unsuccessful. Pre-Registration no. already exists.

Reason:

-registration data was already sent to OES.
-duplicate saving/insert of registration.

Fields

-application_id

2.Insert Unsuccessful. Multiple Registration found.

Reason:

-Existing registration in CRM and data was sent already to OES.
-Students attempts to register again.

Fields:

-Name
-Email

3.Invalid Student ID. No matching record found.

Reason:

-The provided student id is invalid.
-student id is not existing in OES database.

Fields:

-student_id

4.Invalid Student Details. Please make sure to enter correct name & birthdate.

Reason:

-The provided name or birthdate is not match in OES records.

Fields:

-Name (ln,fn,mn)
-birthdate

5.Invalid Student Type. Student might be a former UNCEAN.

Reason:

-The student selects “New” instead of “Former Student”.
-OES detects that he/she is a former student by checking name and bdate.

-birthdate

6.Update Unsuccessful. No matching record found.

Reason:

-Registration is not yet sent to OES but attempts to update information in the CRM.

-Is_sent_to_OES

7.Update Not Allowed. Registration Info already used.

Reason:

-Registration sent to OES and was saved already in the OES.
-Not allowed to update information in the CRM

8.Duplicate Email. Please use another email for Registration

Reason:

-Email address was used already during registration.

-CRM data was sent to OES already.

-1 email per student is allowed each semester.
