4.Invalid Student Details. Please make sure to enter correct name & birthdate.
Reason:
-The provided name or birthdate is not match in OES records.

5.Invalid Student Type. Student might be a former UNCEAN.
Reason:
-The student selects “New” instead of “Former Student”.
-OES detects that he/she is a former student by checking name and bdate.

Reason:
-Registration is not yet sent to OES but attempts to update information in the CRM.
