MISSION STATEMENT
The college commits itself to provide flexible, relevant, responsible, and quality ICT education programs that will enable students to secure the needed expertise and professional competence in the fields of Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management., and Library and Information Science.

To set clear academic foci and learning expectations
Target: 100% orientation of enrolled learners
To provide expanded opportunities for the learners with academic challenges
Target: 100% students with academic challenges will have IP mark
To provide micro-credentials to graduating students
Target: 50% of Graduating students with MQUAP
To achieve board Passing Performance higher than national percentage
Target: Above National passing rate for Librarian Licensure Exam (LLE)
To ensure employment of Labor Force Participants (LFPs)
Target: 60% of LFP employed in 120 Days after release of Credentials
To maintain a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Target: Improve NPS by at least +1 from the previous score
To achieve Individual Satisfactory Rating in the Faculty Performance Evaluation in all development metrics
Target: 100% of faculty attain a satisfactory rating (or 3.0) in all development metrics
To meet minimum requirements of CHED Memorandum Orders
Target: 100% of Programs Offered are Compliant to CHED requirements
OBJECTIVES
To produce individuals who excel in the fields of Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management., and Library and Information Science.
To provide innovative, relevant, and quality education programs that ensure student’s acquisition of technical expertise and professional competence in computational science, IT solutions development & management, and allied fields;
To conduct relevant and quality research that contributes to technological and intellectual advancement in the fields of Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management., and Library and Information Science.;
To provide practical workplace training and occupational experiences through linkages with the relevant industries that will enhance the students’ technical skills and productive capability to prepare them to be competent professionals and/or proactive entrepreneurs.
