All the learning modules prepared by your professors in their respective courses have instructions on how to keep in touch with each other while you are having your remote classes. These means of communication should be for you to reach out to them and vice-versa if there are inquiries, clarifications, or concerns regarding submissions of module exercises and assessment.

Each UNC student is given the official UNC email address (youname@unc.edu.ph) that you will use in in communicating (includes enrolment in the OES) with anyone while still connected with the university. All official communication uses the assigned UNC email. The student email is released by the College through the ICT Department. Formal or detailed queries can be sent to your professors, or should there be concerns that you do not want your peers to read or see. Please allow at least 24HRS for your professors to reply to your message.
Your professors will create an FB Messenger Group Chat for your class/section for immediate communication with each other. There are several scheduled Consultation Time for each course, It would be appreciated if messages are sent within the appropriate time of the workday.
Aside from email and FB Messenger Group Chat, your professors also made available their mobile number for purposes of immediate concern pertaining or related to the Course or personal matter you are involved in that might affect your participation and submissions.
It is important that you Communicate with your professors on matters that might affect your Academic Performance.
You can find your professor's contact details in the Study Guides or Modules shared with you at the start of the class. Contact details contained are their Mobile Number and UNC Email Address. Also, each Course creates a Facebook Group Chat.
Do not misuse the contact details provided.
Ensure that they are for academic matters; should there be a personal concern, inform the professor first.
