ADMISSION POLICY
The College of Computer Studies follows an open admission system. Any student whos possess the minimum qualification for the tertiary level of education can freely enroll in any of the our course.
A CCS Enrollee should be:
A graduate of Junior High School, not later than 2014-2015; or
A graduate of Senior Highschool from 2015 onwards
Enrollees should bring the following documentary requirements during enrolment:
Form 138
Certificate of Good Moral Character
Birth Certificate
RETENTION POLICY
A student is required to obtain a passing grade in all of the subjects enrolled in order to move into the next semester.
If the student fails to meet the requirement, he/she will be on probationary status. As such, he/she needs to re-enrol the subject, and may have lesser number of academic loads, but not less than 18 units. He/she shall be subject for remediation and close monitoring to help him/her pass the subject.
The college strictly enforces the completion of prerequisite and co-requisite subjects before allowing a student to enroll in advanced subjects.
Failure to comply on attaining prerequisite and co-requisite subject will result to further delays in the student's attainment of his/her respective degree. The college reserves the right to not allow students to enroll subjects whose prerequisites are not yet completed.
Furthermore, the college will not be responsible for any delays in the student’s completion of his/her degree, brought about by the inability to complete prerequisite subjects.
