As Chief People Officer for JE Dunn Construction, Lesley leads the human resources team and its initiative to focus on employee development, talent acquisition and retention, overall people strategies and fulfilling JE Dunn’s goal of Best People + Right Culture. A native of Venezuela, Lesley received her MS in Engineering Management from the University of Kansas and has held roles with Sprint, DirecTV, and Walmart before bringing her skills to JE Dunn. Lesley believes in the importance of creating a strong integration between the business strategy and the human capital strategy and demonstrating how a strong human resource team creates significant value for the business.
