Session Description
Why KNOWING we need to change and information WHY we need to change aren't enough to produce change.

You will also see how that structure in the modern world transforms our brains into liars and bullies.
Learn a step-by-step process of how to initiate new habits to build a different environment to sustain wellness and help yourself and others begin to transform your daily routines into positive support for health.
