CLAIM is Missouri’s State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) program and provides free, confidential, unbiased health-insurance counseling to Medicare-eligible Missourians and their families, caregivers, and professionals. Trained and certified volunteer counselor’s help Missourians make informed choices about their Medicare options and understand their benefits. Helping consumers to make informed decisions may improve their access to health care and better health.
