Biography:
Ir. Hj Mohd Zul Yusri is an experienced Malaysian engineering professional with extensive expertise in the energy and oil & gas sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Instrumentation & Control) and an MBA in Energy Management from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP). He is a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and a Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). In addition, he serves as a Board Member of ISA Malaysia. His professional interests include instrumentation, control systems, and energy management, with a strong focus on advancing engineering practices within the industry.

Biography:
Nadira Akmel Zurin is a Malaysian chemical engineer and occupational safety professional with over eleven (11) years of experience across upstream, downstream, and floating LNG operations in the oil and gas industry. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Chemical Engineering from Curtin University and is a registered Safety and Health Officer with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), Malaysia. She is currently serving as a Crisis & Security Executive with PETRONAS Floating LNG, responsible for occupational safety and health, emergency preparedness and response, crisis and security management, and regulatory compliance for offshore floating LNG facilities. She is the first female Safety and Health Officer appointed within PETRONAS Floating LNG operations in 2022.

Biography:
Professor Eur Ing Dr Phebe Mann is the Deputy Chair of Council, Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). Phebe has been a member of the SEEDS Scientific Committee since 2016. She is a Visiting Professor in Construction Law, Management and Engineering at Loughborough University. She was awarded the WISE Woman of Outstanding Achievement in 2011 and listed in the Telegraph/WES Top 50 Women in Engineering in 2018. Phebe is also an Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator. She has served as Chair of the Institution of Civil Engineers, London, and was the first female Chair of the Chartered Institute of Building at the Leicester Centre. Phebe holds multiple professional qualifications, including Chartered Civil Engineer, Transport (CEng MICE), Chartered Surveyor (FRICS), Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB), European Engineer (EUR Ing), and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).

Biography:
Ir. S. Gandhi Suppiah (MBA, CEng, FICE) is a distinguished Malaysian Chartered Civil Engineer with over 25 years of international experience in delivering large-scale and complex infrastructure projects. His portfolio exceeds USD 10 billion, spanning the United Kingdom, Australia, and Southeast Asia, with key involvement in highways, aviation, urban transport systems, and sustainable city developments. He specializes in the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction, and operational management of major infrastructure projects. His expertise is underpinned by a strong commitment to engineering excellence, sustainability, and innovation in the built environment. Ir. Gandhi currently serves as the Chair of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) Malaysia for the 2023–2025 term. Since joining ICE Malaysia in 2017, he has played a pivotal role in expanding its presence and strengthening engagement with industry stakeholders and local authorities. Among his notable contributions, he has led the organization of the ICE Malaysia Conference 2025 and initiated the Southeast Asia Speaker Tour, promoting UK engineering expertise and advancing sustainable infrastructure practices across the region.
