Authors of the accepted abstracts are requested to submit the full paper by 31 March 2026.

Full papers can be prepared and submitted following these steps:

1.  PREPARE YOUR FULL PAPER

   • • Paper must be written in English using the Microsoft Word manuscript templates (A4 Size) available at here: BICEST 2026 Full Paper Template.

2. UPLOAD YOUR FULL PAPER

   • • The full paper manuscript should be uploaded to UPC System via the Paper Peer Reviewing section.

     • Please double check the information that you provide during online submission:

       • • Title of the paper

         • Name, affiliation, email address of the authors

         • Name of the corresponding author, complete mailing address, and email address of the corresponding author

         • Please make sure that you have addressed all the comments given by the reviewers. 

3. SIMILARITY RATE

   • • Please ensure that the overall similarity score of your full paper is less than 30%, and no individual source has more than 10% similarity using any of the plagiarism check software such as Turnitin.

4. REVIEW PROCESS

   • • The full paper will be undergoing review process and decision on paper acceptance should be notified by 20 April 2026 .
