Description of competition:
Students are required to create the alternate ending of the movie given and present the ending in a creative way. The presentation will be graded based on the plot, pronunciation, grammar and creativity.
Objective(s):
To demonstrate the understanding of selected movies;
To enhance students’ critical thinking skills;
To promote creativity in thinking out of the box;
To develop students’ presentation skills.

The competition is only open to UMP students with the result of MUET band 3 and below.
Those who are selected as winners will become the representatives of UMP for English Language Carnival (ELCA) that will be held in IIUM.

3 - 4 people per submission
Task:
Each group consists of 3-4 students is to choose ONE (1) movie from the given list. The movies can be watched on Astro, Netflix, YouTube, or any online movie platform. Then, you are required to produce a written text. The text should contain an alternate ending of the movie which should be presented on Google slides/PowerPoint/Canva. The duration of the presentation should not exceed 10 minutes.
