Reading is good for everyone because it improves our knowledge, focus, memory, empathy, and communication skills.
It can reduce stress, improve your mental health, and help us live longer. Reading also allows you to learn new things to help you succeed in your work and relationships. In addition, reading can also improve one's vocabulary and critical thinking ability. As students, they have to know the correct strategies to read and for what purpose.
