The UMT Pre-College Programs director will add the new staff to the System Campus Dual Enrollment Files Google drive (this Google drive folder is housed in the UMT pseo@umn.edu email account) and to their specific campus folder.
Ask the staff person to update their Contact information.
Add the person as an editor to this Google site using the Share settings.
The UMT Pre-College Programs director should update their personal Gmail PSEO Coordinator contact list.
The UMT Pre-College Programs director should send an email to the other system campus contacts introducing the new staff person.
Ask the out-going staff person to email the MDE contact with the new staff's contact information. Have MDE update their U of M system contact list.
For PSEO only: have the out-going staff member also ask the MDE contact to remove their access to MDE's Secured Reports.
For PSEO only: The new staff person should request access to MDE's Secured Reports.
For PSEO only: The new staff person should request access in PeopleSoft for "External System ID" to enter MARSS numbers for students.
Please submit a PeopleSoft roles ARF to request the Admissions role: 'Application Processing Update'.
On the ARF form, you can find the role in the Admissions Roles menu. For the prompt "is this person part of a central unit" you should say "no" to bypass the required fields that will come up. In the "why is this access needed?" field you should specify that this is to support maintenance of the MARSS number.
