One payment to the high schools happens in spring, and the other one later in the school year
The per-course amount reimbursed to the high schools is an estimated amount for the first payment. The last payment is more accurate and based on the remaining amount allocated for concurrent enrollment.Â

All PSEO institutions in the State are required to submit the PSEO NOSR forms to MDE except for the U of M. I'm not sure of this history, but Scott Coenen confirmed this via this email on 9/14/23.
