Project Comments

Parts of your report will be publicly available for people to learn about your program. Please answer the questions in this section to help others better understand your accomplishments, participant response to the program, and thoughts on how you would improve it in the future.

Comment 1: Describe any unexpected results of the project, both positive and established goals that were not met.

These may include both positive and negative results.

Comment 2: How would you improve this project if you were to do it again? Describe any barriers to the project's success.

Explain how you would improve the project. If the project was not as successful as anticipated, list the challenges you experienced. If you asked your participants how they thought the project could be improved, enter that information first, and then enter any other opinions you may have.

Comment 3: What were the keys to success for your participants?

From your perspective and from the participants’ perspective, describe what the primary success factors were and why they were important to the success of the program.
