PGY1 residents should complete (1) DI_SCO evaluation during each UMMC or VA Inpatient Psychiatry rotation. This means 4 of them in their first year. The DI_SCO is a lower stakes "check-in" than the CSA/CSE and is non-evaluative. 

Once completed, please bring the form to Jeremy in the Ed Office or scan/email to respsych@umn.edu.
