Evaluation Link

This is a single link that will get anyone where they need to go for evaluations. The evaluation system is an iterative process and we are hoping for feedback from residents, faculty, supervisors, etc to continue to improve them. 

What does this mean for residents?

• Residents on 4 week rotations should fill out the "Resident - Evaluating your faculty/supervisor and rotation" evaluation after each rotation.

• Residents on more longitudinal rotations should fill out the survey every 3 months. 

• Residents should fill out the "Resident - Evaluating your psychotherapy supervisor" every 6 months 

• Residents should fill out didactics evaluations each week for attendance credit. 

• Jeremy will email or message in WhatsApp a reminder at the end of each rotation.
