Travel Reimbursements
If I didn't attend the in-person workshop and are not being reimbursed for travel, do I still need to fill out the supplier paperwork?
Yes, UMN needs to have you set up as a supplier in order to pay the stipend to you in June each year.
If my travel expenses were paid by my organization, how do I get my organization reimbursed?
Please submit the supplier paperwork (W9, New Supplier Form) for your organization and then submit a check request listing the organization and their address.
Stipends
If I cannot receive a stipend, what should I do?
Some organizations (e.g., state departments of education) have policies prohibiting employees from receiving a stipend for participating in these types of activities. Please fill out this form to let us know that you cannot receive a stipend: https://forms.gle/ntaW5yc1agEyyi1R8
