Hongbo Pang, PhD

Assistant Professor

Pharmaceutics

My scientific training has exposed me to a wide variety of disciplines of biomedical research, spanning from virology, cell and cancer biology to nanomedicine and imaging.

Looking forward, my laboratory will carry out research at the interface of cell and cancer biology, nanotechnology and targeted delivery. I aim to expose the trainees to multidisciplinary projects, and help them reach outstanding scientific productivity.

More importantly, I expect to equip our young scientists with the enthusiasm and the ability to explore new area of research, the courage to step out of the comfort zone, the adaptability in new environments, and the spirit of teamwork and sharing.
