Use this form to submit your request. Expect content updates to be made within 1-3 days, while longer editing requests or design projects will require a longer timeline.
Please contact your unit communicator before grant submission to discuss website or marketing needs. In some cases, we may make alternative suggestions to a website to enhance strategic value. There is limited availability for website hosting on the CEHD platform.
Create (or have staff in your unit create) a Zoom link for the info sessions (make a recurring meeting so you can use the same Zoom link) with the facilitator set as the host or co-host.
Identify date(s) and time(s) for the info session.
Submit a request using this form for CMC to add details about the info session to the department’s website, set up the info session(s) within Slate Events, and promote the session(s) to prospective students.
Here is a list of recommended vendors to help you get started. You can connect with a salesperson directly to ask for a list of recommended products that meet your timeline and budget. Once you have selected a product, please connect with your unit communicator to ensure you have the correct design files that meet branding guidelines and vendor requirements. Swag items should use wordmarks, rather than custom graphics.
Please use the project request form to submit information on a doctoral dissertation defense announcement. There is an option to select that you are submitting dissertation defense details. This will be routed to your unit/department communicator who will publish the details on a dedicated event page.
New faculty, new courses, special topics courses: These should be featured in internal newsletters / email announcements to current students well before registration opens; they may also be great subjects for feature stories with external audiences
Regularly-offered courses: Course announcements will not be sent for regularly-offered courses as they are not effective for increasing enrollment. Advisors should remind students to enroll in these courses as appropriate. If you would like to send a reminder about a course, consider sending a message to the Academic Advising Network.
