Jake Myers

PhD student

Supervised by Jeff Miller and Martin Felices, joined the lab in 2019

Jake studies the cellular mechanisms that drive NK cell exhaustion. He is currently using RNA-seq, DNA methylation arrays, and CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing to elucidate the role of several genes that may be mediating loss of function. Outside of the lab, he enjoys playing music, exploring the Twin Cities, and spending time with his wife and dog.Â
