Applicants can use this form to apply by downloading the file, finding it in their downloads, and opening it from there. They should not open it from the browser. If it opens in the browser, it will not work. After filling out the application, applicants should save it and attach the document to an email. They can email their application to the county program or to mgapp@umn.edu.
