State Advisory Board

The Extension Master Gardener State Advisory Board provides input to the state office to inform governing policies for the program. The Board meets four times a year and has fourteen Master Gardener volunteers representing the University of Minnesota Extension regions, in addition to Extension and Master Gardener Volunteer program staff. Advisory Board members act as ambassadors for the Extension Master Gardener Volunteer Program, and work towards communicating the Extension Master Gardener Volunteer mission to local, county, district, and state officials to assure the continuance and effectiveness of the Extension Master Gardener Volunteer Program throughout the entire state.
