THE DIAMOND'S CARBON TETRA(4)HEDRON STRUCTURE (is also cubic and octahedral!)

 The two sets of mounds (19  and 18) like the setting summer solstice sun and rising solstice moon of 2016 (above) align

 to point slightly south eastward to even more mounds 14 miles away on a neighbor river, 

which include a Snake Effigy Mound. 

Rock calls her REMA for Rattlesnake Effigy Mound @Afton, Mni Sota Makoche.

The astro-geometrically and algebraically configured REMA is 534 feet or 

364 wichishpa (13 x 28 Dakota cubits like turtleshell calendar - see Sec. #2)

SNAKE = HEAD + BODY + TAIL

  S   =    H   +   B   +  T

BODY = 7 TAILS

So snake has 9 parts

like this KAPEMNI website 

also has 9 sections !

Why 9? 

Perhaps for 

pregnancy moons 

and 

minor & major lunar standstill interval years

SACRED, MEANINGFULL MOUNDS  MADE MEANINGLESS

The Moundbuilder ancestors of the Oċheti Šhakowin Oyate (DDDDNNL) who carefully constructed,  and painstakingly and lovingly labored to build these Sky-Earth  STARchitectural Monuments, fully understood the time periods that the Greeks called the     Octadecaetteris (18 years Saros = 6585 days) and the Enneadecaetteris (19 years Meton = 6940 days).                      Furthermore,  the Intermediate Eclipse period of 18.61 years (6,797 days) was used as well. 

In Dakota these would have been called: 

WANIYETU (years or winters) wikċhemna sam šhaḣdoġaŋ  (10 and 8)  

and 

WANIYETU wikċhemna sam napċhiwaŋka (10 and 9). 

These two sets of mounds are separated by 0.7 mile = 1.127 km = 3696 feet = 2,519 wiċhišhpa (cubits)  

With only 1% error this mound separation equals seven (7) *R.E.M.A. snake mounds (2548 wiċhišhpa/cubits)! 

 *Rattlesnake Effigy Mound at Afton (REMA). This is a 534 feet long serpent form, better described as 364 wiċhišhpa (cubits) in length.

They are also aligned from 305 degrees(NW)  to 117 degrees(SE) as seen on the Minor Lunar Standstill 

also called LALS (least annual lunar standstill) 

with the full moonrise of June 20 solstice, 2016 (see above).

From this perspective, looking slightly southeast from 103 degrees to 117 degrees, the Moon (and sun at various dates) 

appears to rise over R.E.M.A. 

The turtleshell calendar is 13 moons of 28 days = 364 days/year.  The body of this snake mound is 266 wiċhišhpa (cubits), not including the

6 feet high head of 60 wiċhišhpa in length, nor the 56 feet long tail of 3 circular mounds as rattles (38 wiċhišhpa). 

This body represents the number of 266 days (9 months) of human pregnancy when we are within our mother and attached by an umbilical cord that is approximately also one wiċhišhpa (cubits) long. 

In this case, a wiċhišhpa represents one symbolic day of spacetime. 

Essentially the snake mound is a mnemonic umbilical cord 

and 

tipi rope eclipse predictor 

which also functions(-ed) as a high flood stage indicator until 1971 as changed by the Army Corps of Engineers.

Algebra is the Arabic word for "rejoining the broken bones, or putting the pieces together." Dakota Algebra is also encoded in REMA as follows in 9 napċhiwaŋka/nine bony, algebraic parts:

1) Since the tail section is 38 wiċhišhpa (cubits) in length,

2) and the head is 60 wiċhišhpa (cubits) in length,

3) and the body is 266 wiċhišhpa (cubits) in length so the snake equals 364 wiċhišhpa,

4) then we see that the snake without its head is 304 wiċhišhpa = [364-60]

5) Now notice that 304 / 38 = 8 because 8 x 38 = 304.

6) So #5 above says that the headless snake is 8 tails in length.

7) The whole snake is 8 tails plus one (1) head in total length.

8)  We can write this in alphabet letters, but we don't need to since it was carefully and precisely written in baskets of Mother Earth's soil for those who could see the unseen "hidden in plain sight"

S = Snake                  H = Head        T = Tail            B = Body

Z = Zuzuheċha        P = Pa              Si = Siŋte       Taŋ=Taŋċaŋ 

9) Finally,  REMA's tongue says this to me (and you?) in Dakotaiya:

or translated to Wasichuiya (English):  S  = H +   B   +  T

and since  Taŋ = 7Si      and       Z  =  P +  8Si       and    Z - P  =  8Si

B  =  7T                      S  =  H  +  8T                   S - H  =  8T

now we can derive even more relationships as follows:

since   S - H - T = B  (snake without head and tail is just body)  and

since B = 7T   if we substitute this into the above:

S - H - T = 7T

S - H    =  7T  +  1T   =   8T   snake without head is 8 tails

since  B = 7T we substitute into the above:

S  - H =  B  + T  a snake without head is a body and tail

subtracting another tail from both sides of the equal sign gives   

S  -  H  -  T  =   B  +  T  -  T   =   B  already seen above

(snake without head and tail is just body)

but since  S - H = 8T   now we can see that

8T - T = 7T =  B

For example, using feet units rather than wiċhišhpa units, as follows:

S - H = B + T  a Snake without Head is Body & Tail

If  534 - 88 = B + 56 ,  then how long is Body?

446    = B  +  56  so 446 - 56 = B + 56 - 56  (- 56 on both sides of =)

390   =  B      [+ 0]

390  =  B  = 38 +38 +38 +38 +38 +38 +38 =  7T

We can see that 2 of the three relationships are north-south

equivalent and interconnected,  from the first of the three tipi

poles  (tipi diagram below)

[B - T]/S   =   "[B - T]  divided by S" so if   B = 7T   then 7T  - T]/ S  =  6T/S       

PERHAPS THE MOST SIGNIFICANT THING TO NOTICE IS THAT THE SNAKE IS MADE OF NINE PARTS: THE ONE HEAD AND EIGHT TAILS.  WHY?

BECAUSE THE UMBILICAL CORD IS SNAKE-LIKE DURING PREGNANCY FOR NINE MOONS!!! AND THE BODY IS 266 wiċhišhpa (cubits) OF THE ENTIRE SNAKE OF 364...so 266/364 = B/S = 73% of year like pregnancy 

REMA is now destroyed by settlers and the Army Corps of Engineers as of 1971, and further nearby deeper work as of early 2020s.

...as (star)fires were placed upon animal (constellation) effigy mounds (like snakes and bears, etc.)

MORE KAPEMNI SACRED "STARCHITECTURE" (Tipis, Mounds, Pyramids and Snakes)

At the Dakota Navel-Center/Ċhekpa-Ċhokata(0,0,0)/Bdote/Twin Cities [7 terms!] location midway between the Equator (0 degrees) and  the North Pole (90 degrees North), the colonial measurement system places a value here of 45 degrees North Latitude.  In the diagram below, we see that the summer solstice sunrise (SSSR) is at 55 degrees while the winter solstice sunrise (WSSR) is at 125 degrees, producing a 70 degree shift in sunrise angle over these 182 days (+/- 1 day). 

If we think of the year as a snake's body moving northward like the KukulKan snake shadow at the Maya Pyramid, it will appear to move down the 91 step north staircase on an equinox date, and then down into the watery, dark cenote well's underworld.  So then, the single snakebody (@mound) midpoint would be both the spring and fall equinox dates during the 182 day sunrise shift from north to south and south back to north.  The Dakota New Year's Day is on the Spring Equinox (March 20 +/-) after we have survived the difficult moons of winter.  How many 3-5 moon winters did you live through so far?   The KukulKan pyramid has 9 layers for the nine moons of pregnancy/gestation.  

Beneath the 19 Mounds (all now removed) of what is now called St. Paul, Minnesota is/was a watery, womb-like, cave chamber with four engraved snake petroglyphs rising toward the top center of the domed, limestone (kan tun or tunkan?) ceiling from the X-like four directions.  Bison, turtles, salamander and other stellar petroglyphs once existed here as well.  Then the "Empire Builder" and railroad tycoon James J. Hill dynamited the cave and "drained the swamp."

So is it possible to consider the cosmic snake as an umbilical cord or tipi rope symbol /symball that hangs down from the overhead point above?  Consider the attached "rooted" tree-like placenta and the enclosed 2 arteries and 1 vein = 3 parts of the blood-pulsing, snake-like, umbilical bond formed between each generation.  The Maya also associated the snake with the 584 day cycle of Venus and its twin/ċhekpa? appearances (east and west) of about 263 days average each.   

9 x 29.5 = 266 = [13 x 20] + 6 = 263 + 3.  

At the KukulKan pyramid, the Pleiades star cluster (Maya rattlesnake tail, "Tzab") appears to be overhead at zenith on May 20 in the western Gregorian import calendar, (who ordered this? from the Amazon? NOT) or 60 days after the spring equinox sunrise angle at 90 degrees.  Since there are 4 staircases of 91 steps for 364 total, the topmost "step" would be the "X" of a New Year's birthdate at 365.  The navel or bellybutton is at the center of our x-shaped body of 4 limbs as seen from our ball-like solar-lunar head.  

Notice the X-shaped Sky-Earth pattern in the rise-set diagram below. The Maya calendar does not fix its annual birthdate such as the Roman Janus, or two-faced deity, who looks back and forward on January 1st.  There are multiple Maya ways to see repeating cycles such as the 13 x 20 = 260 days system, as well as the 360 "TUN" + 5 "WAYEB" days =  [18 x 20] + 5 days system of 365 HA'AB days.  When these two systems are cross-linked like two snakes, it produces a unique 18,980 day pattern that can then repeat once in 52 years.  104 years would be like two birthdays!! This repeated birthday-name-number is 13 days [12.6] short of a western 52 year interval = 18,992.6 days based on the tropical year of equinox to equinox.  No leap days are necessary for a 366th day every so often.  So this "New Fire" re-circling/re-alignment date can also be represented as the top of the pyramid.
