Vevox is a free* tool that acts essentially the same as the Q&A feature available within Zoom Webinars (but not Zoom Meetings). It allows attendees to anonymously ask questions and up vote questions that have been asked. There is also a polling feature, equivalent to what is available in Zoom Webinars and Meetings. In addition, Vevox also allows you to create Word Clouds and Quizzes.
*The free version has limited features, listed here.
No downloads are required. Participants simply access Vevox on their phones or laptops via a URL vevox.app and then enter a unique session ID.
Participants vote on live polls, ask questions and even "like" other comments to show their approval or agreement. Organizers and participants alike tell us that their classes and communication meetings have been transformed with Vevox. It makes them more energetic, more involving, more democratic – and also more fun.
Organizers have complete control over what results and feedback are instantly displayed back to participants devices and display screens. Detailed downloadable reports provide organizers an insight as to what participants really think and understand.
