To be a catalyst for engagement across Metro Minnesota Council on Graduate Medical Education (MMCGME) that creates space for coordinator collaboration, support and development at all levels.
Mission & Aim
The Coordinator Advisory Work Group collaborates with members of the Graduate Medical Education Community for the support and development of coordinators at all levels. It aims to engage partners across the GME community, to support coordinators at all levels of experience and all types of programs to enhance institutional meetings, training, and mentoring; provide professional development and leadership opportunities; share innovations and create solutions to common challenges, decrease burnout and increase well-being.

Burnout recognition, prevention & support
Understanding and addressing factors affecting coordinator wellbeing
Creation of resilience initiatives
