Dry Ice Checkout
Labs can check out dry ice from the Gortner 140 main office. To check out dry ice, take the following steps:
Come to Gortner 140 during regular business hours (M-F, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), and ask to check out the dry ice key. Department staff will request your name, lab affiliation, and chart string. Staff will then provide a key that unlocks the dry ice freezer in the basement of Gortner labs.
Please note: You will need to bring your own gloves and hammer to retrieve the dry ice.
Once you have gotten dry ice, return the key to 140 Gortner. Tell cluster staff the amount of ice taken.

Liquid Nitrogen is managed by Christina Kramer, CBS Facilities Manager.
