D4CR Northwest MN is a collaborative process of engaging communities in Northwest MN in imagining and planning a thriving and resilient future. The purpose is to prioritize regional and local projects for funding opportunities. It is facilitated by a University of Minnesota team and partners working with communities.

Conected Progress - Workshop 6 is the culmination of the D4CR Northwest MN project. Representatives of various point of view groups (POV) will consider many possible innovations to bring to the region and their communities. In a negotiations process designed to draw out perspectives and find common ground, a handful of priorities will be determined by the groups to focus on in the near future to focus efforts of grant funding, and more detailed studies.
This online workshop on March 13th, 2025 is an orientation to the in-person workshop to be held in Northwest Minnesota in Spring 2025. This orientation will be recorded and posted on this website when completed. Additionally learning materials to explore will be posted here to help participants prepare for the Negotiations Workshop and as a resource to the public.
