Here you will find brief ideas on how to engage with stakeholders after the community conversation.
After the community conversation has ended, send a follow-up email to thank everyone for taking time to engage in the event and for their valuable participation.
Develop a plan for how to communicate the results of the community conversation to stakeholders. For example, the facilitator could ask the group how they prefer the information to be disseminated at the end of Day 2. Or, if that is already determined beforehand, ensure to communicate clearly to the group how the information will be shared after the conversation has ended.
It is best to organize results from the community conversation right after the event in order to prevent the loss of information since memories begin to deteriorate with the increasing number of passing days. Processing data collected from the community conversations soon afterwards will ensure capturing more details and nuances that could have been forgotten.
