Orientation Tasks

Please note: further updates from the Orientation team will be added throughout the summer. The primary method of communication regarding Orientation will be email.

Orientation Intake Forms

A White Coat Order form will be sent out to all accepted students in May. 

Further intake forms to capture name tag information, dietary restrictions, and other information we need to prepare you for a successful Orientation will be sent out in mid-July. Please complete those forms as soon as possible upon receipt.

Orientation Pre-Work

Pre-work is hosted on Canvas, the University's course content management platform (your classes will use this platform, too). Canvas access will be granted early July; complete pre-work by August 18, 2025.

Orientation pre-work will include video content, written content, and a few forms. For a balanced workload, plan for approx. 2-3 hours of work per week from July through August 18.
