As a company, we understand our corporate responsibility to society and strive to make a positive impact in the communities our products serve. Our company's products are built in the communities of people who use green commuting. In addition to increasing people's confidence in using green commuting methods, we also build thriving and green communities. This means us building a more sustainable future that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.

ZEPHYR's company culture is based on maintaining the public health and welfare of society, which means that we provide a place of inclusion and fair opportunity for our employees and related industries. We also uphold this value with the partners we work with.
Culture
Our company understands that helmets have different social norms and perceptions in different regions, and we respect and value the differences in cultural norms; we have reflected them in the current product design. In the future, we will continue to do research and analysis to improve the product to ensure that it meets the needs of more potential users.

To better support the local economy and industry, our manufacturing base is set locally so that we can better support and give back to the communities in which we at.
Maximizing our company's local community support, we will support students who think like us - supporting public health and welfare and providing scholarships. Further expanding and building the social cycle of conscience.
While increasing the confidence of people to use green mobility, ZEPHYR will maximize the use of clean energy materials in operations, manufacturing and transportation in order to minimize the environmental impact and carbon footprint of our products in the following ways
Efficient inventory management. Preventing material loss, damage, or risk of hazardous substances due to the accumulation of raw materials during the manufacturing process.
Extending product life. We provide replacement parts for products with the highest wear and tear or prone to failure so that the life of the product can be extended to reduce manufacturing.
We will maximize the service life of our products in order to play a role in reducing the risk of environmental hazards. We extend the service life of our products including increased product maintenance including repair, extend the warranty period of our products, and optimize product design to reduce product damage.
We use aluminum and steel that can be recycled and reused to manufacture our products to ensure that our products do not cause harm to people and the environment. Steel and aluminum are both re-forgeable materials, so there will be no waste of raw materials in the production of our products. Aluminum and steel are recyclable and relatively easy to decompose materials. Ideally, the material of the product can be easily reused at the end of its useful life; aluminum and steel can be reused after melting. In the worst case, it is assumed that aluminum and steel cannot be recycled and used. Aluminum and steel are readily decomposable metals, which means that they can naturally decompose in a natural environment within ten years and do not produce harmful substances to humans or nature
We will continue to refine our products at the manufacturing level to obtain the standards that we sell to in different countries. This includes BS10621, ANSI, EN 1303:2015, etc.
Our target users are commuters who use green transportation and our products are priced basically at the same level of consumption as our target users. This is in line with our goal of ensuring fair product pricing and meeting the need to maintain good product market competitiveness.
However, in order to promote more people to use green transportation, we cooperate with some non-profit organizations to launch some discount products.
