Our scaled product for mass manufacturing is prepared with few alterations after testing in the mass manufacturing plan below.
A Shape Frame
It is the base of the product that will be mount on the front center rod of the bike.
Steel Strap
Steel strap with butyl rubber coating is for locking the helmet from the top
Lock
This lock is welded on the A frame that secures the helmet at the place
C-Clamp
These are for mounting the product on the bike without creating any damage to the bike.
Hinge
They are for supporting frame and straps and allow motion along one axis.
Screw
For assembly of all the aggregates.

27c. Assembly Drawing
Develop proper assembly drawings for your full product. These include instructions on how to assemble the product so that someone other than the designer can make the part. Consider refinements to your design to make it easier to assemble.

The base of product is a A shaped Aluminum frame. It's box dimensions are 12 inch by 8 inches. The detailed view of drawing is linked on the left.

The strap is made of steel and has 2 punched hole in it. The two sides are welded at an angle of 60 degrees.
