Our public website serves as a platform to display city proposals and employs a 'Trust for Public Lands-like' approach to showcase each city's existing parks with their respective 'GreenScores.' This citizen-facing website is not only integral to our mission of promoting government transparency but also functions as a valuable marketing tool to drive subscriptions.
With access to semi-proprietary technology, our second-tier subscription offers distinctive features that set us apart, even if the pricing may be slightly higher. Our pricing structure is informed by market analysis of Generative Design Proptech Software, including industry leaders like TestFit, Delve, and Giraffe. However, it's worth noting that URGE primarily targets urban planning departments, rather than private developers, so they are priced to reflect different financial capabilities.
The third tier is designed around a pay-per-park model, with fees tailored to the financial capabilities of cities of various sizes. These fees grant access to URGE's exclusive features. To make it easier for clients, we integrate this fee into the 'Soft Cost' section of the Real Estate Proforma. Furthermore, we actively promote the use of public-private partnerships to help offset this cost.
In summary, our pricing strategy is properly priced because it takes into account market dynamics, customer preferences, and the unique value we offer. It also demonstrates flexibility and a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of our target audience while actively seeking ways to make our services more affordable through partnerships.
