UMSI Mentor Match is a semester-long matched mentorship program that pairs students and alumni 1:1 for a series of structured meetings throughout the semester. During the program, UMSI provides participants with training, coaching, and resources to support the success of each mentorship relationship.
Iterated on from feedback in it's pilot year, UMSI Mentor Match is entering it's second year. We welcome your feedback throughout the program and we will circulate a survey at the completion of the program to learn more about how we can continue to improve the program.
Mentors:
We are currently accepting applications from mentors in all industries and fields. UMSI alumni and industry experts are welcome to apply as mentors

Mentees can also select "favorites" in the system to make their voices heard directly in the matching process.
