UMSI Mentor Match facilitates 1:1 matched, structured mentorship relationships between UMSI students and industry experts. During the program, UMSI provides participants with training, coaching, and resources to support the success of each mentorship relationship.

Get Your Mentor Match: Matching facilitated by UMSI considers your individualized preferences and leads to a deep connection between mentors and mentees.

Personalize the Mentorship Journey: Mentors and mentees will co-create a Mentorship Agreement to help set goals and schedule monthly meetings that work for both of you. 

Thrive with Support from UMSI: Mentee orientation + asynchronous mentor training + resources throughout the semester will allow you to get the most out of the experience.
