Join us Tuesday and Wednesday morning for an energizing morning yoga session focused on awakening the mind and restoring movement to the body ahead of a day filled with conversation.
These sessions are designed for all levels from beginner to advanced. Yoga can often feel unapproachable to beginners or not challenging enough for avid yogis. Ash specializes in tailoring her instruction to each individual so everyone can get the most of their session and feel included in the process. If you have unique abilities or suffer from injuries, please visit Ash ahead of the session or contact her at h3lloyoga@gmail.com so she can adjust the instruction to give you the most fulfilling experience.
