Department Managers and SOA Unit Contacts - for units utilizing Shared Services Center (SSC) Statement of Activity (SOA) Reconciliation only
This report displays case information for open SOA reconciliation cases awaiting unit response.
Department Managers: The 'Manager' tab provides visibility to outstanding reconciliation cases within your unit. This report can be used to confirm that your unit is up to date, or show details on open cases awaiting your unit's response.
SOA Unit Contacts: The 'Your Cases' tab displays a list of open SOA cases that are awaiting your response, and provides you a link to take action.
Department Managers: Review this report monthly and follow up with SOA Unit Contacts to ensure timely response/resolution to open SOA cases.
If your department/department group is not listed, there are likely no open SOA cases awaiting your unit's response.
Notify the SOA team at SOAreconciliation@umich.edu if there is turnover and a new SOA Unit Contact needs to be assigned. To see all open cases assigned to an individual, use the 'SOA Unit Contact' filter to search for their name.
The color coding indicates the aging status of the case. Red and Orange cases should be prioritized and resolved asap.
SOA Unit Contacts: In the 'Your Cases' tab, click the Case Number to link to the case and respond asap with the requested information.
This report refreshes nightly, so cases that are resolved will remain on the report until the next day.
To request access to a case (if the link is inactive), please contact the SOA team at SOAreconciliation@umich.edu and provide the case number(s).
