If you need to cancel a class suddenly due to illness, emergency, or other unplanned circumstances, please follow these steps:
Notify Students: Communicate directly with students using the class roster. Additionally, post a sign on the classroom door or ask someone to do so for you.
Notify the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs (ADAA): send an email to umsi.adaa@umich.edu and cacl@umich.edu and leave a message at 734-647-8031.
